eSignInk

Frequently asked questions

Everything about signing, security, notarization, and pricing.

Are eSignInk signatures legally binding?

Yes. eSignInk e-signatures are designed to comply with the U.S. ESIGN Act and UETA. We capture explicit signer consent and record a tamper-evident audit trail, and each completed document includes a certificate of completion.

How does eSignInk keep documents secure?

Documents are encrypted in transit and served through short-lived signed links. Every action — view, consent, and signature — is logged with IP, timestamp, and device. You can also require SMS one-time-passcode verification before signing.

What is remote online notarization (RON)?

RON lets a commissioned notary notarize your document over a live audio-visual session instead of in person. Availability and requirements vary by state and document type; eSignInk checks eligibility and confirms before every session.

Can I get a document notarized in person?

Yes. In addition to RON, you can request an in-person wet-ink signing with a commissioned notary at a time and place that works for you.

Do my signers need an account?

No. Recipients sign through a unique, secure link — no account or download required. With a public share link, anyone can self-serve a document you’ve published.

How much does it cost?

Starter is $19.99/month (25 documents/month, 1 user, 30-day free trial). Pro is $65/month for up to 3 users and 150 documents/month, with white-label branding and bulk send. Ultra is $149/month for unlimited documents, up to 5 users, and AI features. Enterprise is custom. Notary sessions are billed per session.

What can the AI features do?

On Ultra and Enterprise, eSignInk AI can auto-place signature fields, summarize a document in plain English for signers, draft agreements from a prompt, and flag risky clauses or anomalous signing behavior.

Can I use my own branding?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise teams can add their logo and brand color to signing pages and emails (white-label).
